smoke system fluid

Has anybody tried smoke machine fluid in there smoke system and if so does it work, did you need to put any oil in it to lubricate the pump?

I've never crashed through pilot error but have had four mechanical faliers ending in a crash, the worst one / funniest one was when the wings came off my spitfire at about 150 feet in mid dog fight...

Thanks glad you like it, I know what you mean but I was'nt sure how it would come out so I didnt want to spend any more £ on it, maybe next time!:)

Its finished!

I've finally finished my FW190.
My first attempt at glassing a model and air brushing it, its taken a long time but I think its been worth it. Now lets just hope it flies!!!!!

I'm squeegeeing off all the exes resin till the surface feels dry to the touch, then leaving it 24 hours before feathering the edges for the next bit (its going to take a long time!)

I'm useing 24g/m super lightweight glass fibre and aeropoxy resin.
Tried it out in a couple of small parts last nihgt and it seems to be wooking well, not nearly as hard as I thought it would be!:)...

Well I went to my local model shop on saturday and got the glass and resin and I' going to give glassing a go!
I had a look at the links you sent me and it looks pretty scary but they said even...

I have just got a Cambria FW190 and was wondering what would be the best way to paint it.
Can I sand and seal the wood and paint straight onto it or do I need to cover it first with solar film or...

Either get the Zero or the Spitfire they both fly great if you re-time the motor and use 9.6 battery and a 9x7 prop.The A10 is way under powered.
Make sure you have computer radio and dial in loads...
