Got the engine re installed, everything tightened up & it's working perfectly. Definitely GREMLINS at work here!!:confused:

The control arm is all clear, I even removed it & spun the barrel by hand & it wasn't closing fully. Seemed to be hitting a throttle stop of some kind but there is none on this engine.

Just unmounted the engine. Got it on the work table & now it's closing fully, I didn't do anything to it. Possible gremlins at work here!!:confused:
I'll re install it & hope it stays this way.

servo setup

I'm setting up a bi-plane with 4 aileron servos. Is it possible to run these 4 servos on heavy duty Y extensions into 1 channel?

If you're running a pitts muffler try plugging one of the pipes, this will give you more pressure. Also I've always ran an OS type F plug & never a problem.;)

My charger does'nt have the 2s port either, I use an adapter like this to balance charge my 2s lipos. Never a problem.

I always do these two binds but my final bind is after the maiden flight so I get any trim adjustments into the final bind with the throttle at idle.;)

The upper blade in the pic should be turned around. When turning the main rotor clockwise the tail rotor will turn counter clockwise as viewed from the right side.;)

It appears one of your tail rotors is mounted backwards, when turning the main rotors clockwise the tail rotors should turn up into the rotor wash.;)

I'm also relatively new to these helis but it appears your paddles are on backwards. As view from the top they will spinning clockwise.

Doesn't matter. Just connect the wires & run motor, if it runs in reverse just switch any 2 wires.;)
