I think that you're correct. Now that you've mentioned Los Angeles, I believe that I do remember that Hellcat coming out of CA. Thanks for the help.

Hello Chad. It was navy blue on top, white or off white on the bottom with white markings and some yellow trim. I pretty sure that it was advertised as a Byron Originals or possibly Iron Bay...
