Hmm what servo (for steering of course) torque ratings do you guys use for bashing?
A 36 x 60 [mm] Motor should be ok for a 7.5lb buggy running 3s to 4s lipo packs?

Work in Progress Z-car ZMXB-8 picked it up from ebay for $140
I just need a motor esc combo, 4 tire/wheel sets, and 4 17mm hex nuts. Oh and some money I don't have now.

The tenergy Propel batteries are great...but of course they have to come with bootleg Deans connectors that are larger than spec and the other versions (non propel) are crap.

Your ESC I bought never performed well and was made for airplanes. Looking at it it was never worth even $20 worth of electronics, just unreliable badly engineered crap that didn't last even for less...
