I prefer pheonix, it feels better than reflex more lifelike. I tried reflex before I bought pheonix but it felt wrong somehow. Pheonix is a damn sight cheaper too which is always good.

I have a JR 662 and I used it with 120 degree eccpm on both a T-rex 450xl and an ARK X400, works fine tricky to setup though but a good cheapish transmitter.

Not sure what you mean by "real Heli...

My X400 had a wobble on it, enought to shatter/crack the rear horiz stab. It turned out to be a few just loose screws on the head/washout assembly.

I normally run 25:1 I tried 33:1 but found no difference. I think if you run 100:1 you may as well take out your engine and throw in the nearest river and save that shock supprise then very depressed...

Cool, thanks for the reply. I plan on joining a local club and getting lessons if I buy it. ("if" who am I kidding :D:D ) but yes a sim is a good idea, how much like the real thing are they?

Thats quite a weight, still ,looks cool. Just a thought but over here UK BRCA 3rd party insurance wouldnt cover it, as they have a limit of 20kgs. Which dosnt matter untill it all goes horribly wrong...
