RE: My experience with Cactus Aviation

Didn't you look at the receipts? it tells the story. It's black and white with no gray and yes I will report back when I get this in front of a judge.

RE: My experience with Cactus Aviation

"I have stipulations on my invoice that are very direct about the rules of a return. This is not like he just purchased the engines and wanted to return them within 30 days."

There was no return...

RE: My experience with Cactus Aviation

Unfortunately the claim was not between me and UPS. It is between the shipper and UPS. I have filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General, 3W in Germany, and I consulted my attorney here in...

RE: My experience with Cactus Aviation

I have no beef with 3W. I have a problem with the unethical buisiness practices at Cactus Aviation.

RE: My experience with Cactus Aviation

Just for clarification Cactus made money on the original sale of 2 engines, he then is trying to make another $849 on the insurance claim. How do you possibly charge a restocking fee for motors that...

RE: My experience with Cactus Aviation

This post was not aimed at 3W engines. many people are very successful with them. It was aimed at the unfair buisness practices received at Cactus Aviation.

My experience with Cactus Aviation

I was very excited last year about 2 new planes I had for the 2007 season. A 3.3 Yak55SP and a Pitts Python from Comp-Arf. I waited a few months for DA to come out with their 170 for my new planes. I...

RE: MONSTER MODEL EVENT

I remember a few years back when we, "the old farts", were afraid the hobby was dying due to an ever rising average age. It is great to see all the young pilots that have started flying over the last...

RE: U-can-do 3d .46 w/OS .50 SX??

I heard you slipped in the shower and impaled yourself on a religeous candle. the rumor went on to say that it took the doctors several hours to remove it. Are these rumors an ugly truth you're...

RE: U-can-do 3d .46 w/OS .50 SX??

RE: Budlight 2.6 Yak Video

Actually it is more down than up on the differential. I also run no baffling in the cowl. Only the bottom 4 louvers are cut out and I put some additional cooling holes at the back of the tunnel....

RE: Budlight 2.6 Yak Video

Ian,
The 2.6 Yak is alot quicker than the 3.3 Yak. Nothing will be as stable and slow as the big Yak. The tradeoff is more agility resulting in quicker snaps and direction changes. She is an...
