DLE-111 Ver 2 won't fire

As the title states my DLE-111 won't fire. I had it running yesterday trying to tune the low needle and was doing a full throttle run, then back to idle. Engine quit and have not been able to start...

Found out the wheels do not like any side loads on them as experienced during a couple of cross wind landings. Fixed up with 5min epoxy, not pretty but functional. Have ordered a new pair of wheels...

I know this is an old thread but wating to confim a few things. My DLE-111 is a Version 2 engine. The book states timing is 44 degrees BTDC which is along way from the 26 - 32 degrees stated...
