I checked the main shaft already, even replaced it to be sure. This did not help. A warped head block can be the case. I guess I will have to live with it. I have a X3D in the box ready...

I now tried to run up the hornet with no tail. The vibrations are the same, so it is in the rotor somewhere. It is only in the run up but I really don't like it.
