SL motor no responding!!!!

I bought a SL from a bargain store for $7 with a banged up box. I just bought my battery from wal-mart and charged it up. I inserted the battery and pushed the start button to only see one motor...

GWS Set

I have a GWS P-51 that came with a 300 ecs, eps 350 and a 750 mah battery and the gws 1080 prop. I recently crashed the plane and the gearbox broke off, my questions is I have a EPS 400 D-drive...

Well I took her up today. It was very hot out and no wind. She took off and I trimed her perfect. After adjusting the D/R and Expo and flies awsome. Well after a few minutes of flying and trying...

Well I tightened up the torque rods with epoxy and adjusted some Expo and D/R and I will take it up tomorrow so hopefully she will fly. What do you think?

Well I had my second flight. Much better. Plane took off with authority and climbed high. The only thing is that it was very uncontrollable. It was real jerky no matter how smooth the stick...

Well first off I found my prop to be on backward. Silly me!!!!:D I also moved my CG more forward by a couple mm. The manual said 5 mm I moved it to 8mm and I'll start from there. I have not flown...

Well the prop is a 10x8(typo). I will try and find the CG you are talking about in here. I thank you all for your suggestions and if you have anymore please help. I will check all these things...

What do you mean by a water break in? I am new to electric flight so I now nothing other than how to fly a plane. Could I retime the motor and if I can how?

Hey thanks for the fast replies. The only bad thing is I already glued the two halves before I posted this. I did a volt check on battery and it is at 8.6 vdc but I have no way to measure current...
