I suspected the tank already, but i don't think, because if it was the tank, the bubbles would be near the tank, plus that if it was the tank, those bubbles would dissapear after they meet the fuel...

One fix is the spring that jetlag_180 said, but first, check your radio's throttle neutral position. Also, beware of the spring that is installed on the rod that connects the servo with the carb.
