Going to have a rough time with that, why did you have to go 2wd? there is just way too much torque for the car at pretty much any speed if you gun it.
A body with a big wing will help but not 100%.

RE: Nasty 1/10 scale on-road cars using .21 or larger engines....come inside

I'm all zero'd out and my speed run setups.

RE: 100MPH HPI RS4 3 EVO+ ????

I think they can both be equally fast, but there is a difference in roll resistance for sure.
With the shaft drive rs43 I can just tap on the car and it rolls freely, I can't do that with my belt...

RE: 100MPH HPI RS4 3 EVO+ ????

You'll find this out when you run it, as I've tried a far spaced two speed like you're trying.
when it hits second it's going to bog the engine and not accelerate anymore.
If you have a high gear...

RE: 100MPH HPI RS4 3 EVO+ ????

Knowing what to buy saves money, I'm about 600 into my RS4 3 evo and 400 of that is the engine.
102mph, done. (to be fair I use the same radio on 4 cars, just had to buy servos and a reciever)

RE: Nasty 1/10 scale on-road cars using .21 or larger engines....come inside

I used the savage .25 header on my big block in the RS4, I had it cut and welded though.
Alternatively you can put front A arms in the rear and it will have plenty of room for the savage header.
