Thanks for your help! Sounds like I'm just not tightening enough, and the drill bit is too short. I'll try it with a longer allen wrench, will let you know if I have other problems.

Thanks! I have a few 11 x 6 props as well, I'll try those. Will swap out the glow plug as well. I fly at about 1,000 feet above sea level, so probably not a ton of difference with sea level...
