AS the specs state 4.8V on Horizons website, I would just go with those figures.

Usually if Horizon are happy for a servo to run on 6V they will list the figures for both 4.8V and 6V.

Channel 5 is the gear channel on JR systems !!

Something weird happening there OR the previous owner (you did say that you have only just acquired the radio) has done some internal surgery to it...

The throttle trim is functioning correctly... all modern JR sets have the trim functional in the lower half of the throttle stick travel ( who needs to trim a throttle at full ?? :) )

If Stick Mode does not appear in your System Menu, then the quickest and easiest way is to contact JR Propo Service Department direct.

Give them a call on..

Is it a 9303 or a 9X ? They are different beasts... the 9X has 4 digital trims, the 9303 has 3 and an analogue trim.

It could be that the throttle stick is off calibration.

Stick a servo on the throttle channel, choose a spare model memory, do a reset, place the throttle stick in the centre and position the...

The STANDARD export version of any JR set is the 4 dig trims. This allows the user to change his stick mode easily if and when required.

Horizon have always tended to go for the 3+1 trim system....

Simple answer..... no... the 9303 uses a 5 pin connector, the 12X uses 2 x 14 pin connectors.

That is not quite correct ! You CANNOT use a Futaba receiver or an Assan or an XPS receiver with either a JR or Spectrum Transmitter.

Its like the PCM receivers, you MUST use the same...

Yes, thats correct... the 2.4 GHz CE labelling on some of the Horizon equipment was incorrect.

4 - Rudder
5 - Gear
6 - Aux 1
7 - Aux2

As it is a 955S and doesnt have the letter D, its a Single Conversion receiver, therefore a Grey capped crystal is needed.

The 7202 (American market only) does not have the facility to mode change.... it is a firmware upgrade only. The 2720 however ( for everywhere else in the world except the USA) does support mode...
