Hi James, FS makes one but it is not any bigger just has a better cowl flap outline.

If your going for a more scale out line you will need to move the tail wheel back a bit. I did that on mine....

the custom muffler is much tighter then the stock one but the stock one fits, with a 1/4" shim from the firewall. The custom one should fit with no shim.

You are right to use the 55 on the ARF as installing the DLE85 turns it into a kit build as you have some seriously mods to do, the easiest is to move the cowl forward as this helps in balancing too....

I might add that it took moving the cowl almost 1-1/2" to get the cowl to fit the DLE85, and another 1/2" prop hub exstenion, depending on if you cut the cowl for the spark plug cap or not.

the Jtech fits good, I am happy with it as it is well made. I shimed my engine 1/4" just to give some wiggle room. I also use a prop hub exstenion to move the cowl a little more forward.
