It was a gst 7.7

So i wore out the original piston and liner in the 7.7 engine, got a replacement and couldnt get the old liner out, so bought a replacement engine, now the original engine took a lot of work to get...

I have a maverick and like redcat its a rebranded himoto, stuff has wore out on it but nothing has just broke, like all rc cars you have to make sure everything is tightened and thread locked before...

you couldnt have blown your head gasket or warped the head due to rapid cooling, you couldnt have a dodgy ht lead and when your pulling it out to check the spark its making contact inside the lead?

or you could drill a hole right through the wheel and into the hex and glue a pin in then you are not relying on the hex completely

i just put a pair of hitec hs5755mg servos on the steering servos on my blackout and what a difference it has made to the steering i would def recomend them

well i have the maverick blackout which is the rampage mt but with s 30.5 engine and i like it a lot, ok it has its flaws and that needs worked on but thats just part of the fun

thanks for the replys, i have been looking at the specs snd there appears to be 3 the same and 1 different for the arm holders, i cant quite remember now which ones they are but am looking forward to...

dale i am intending to do the mod with the bolts through the link arms except i was thinking about drilling them and rethreading an alloy suspension arm holder as not to have bolts coming through,...

yea shippig to the uk is pretty steep from the us but saying that if you spend about $200 in parts and factor in shipping and import tax to the uk it still works out cheaper than buying bits in the...

yea i did notice them little lugs on the v3 chassis and on the arms have a long grub screw adjustment on them, i never thought anything of it until you mentioned that you had to cut it off, dont know...
