After cleaning reveals nothing, usually we do a simple carb rebuild kit. Bad diaphragm is the 2nd most common problem.

Ah yea, the DLE magnet is drilled and fixed via key in the hub to the crank . No timing ring.
Seems your magnet is not this simple stock set up. Your timing ring is after market.

Yes, that is my most common throttle servo on gas models. I don't remember one ever failing.
I always use a name brand servo with a ball bearing at the top (which the 3004 futaba is).
