I had a moment during one of my days video and jet boating. I had fit a rock and flipped and it was heading for a water fall. I was all dry after the flipped it i needed a whole change of clothes.

you can see that it has been devastated by floods but the people that look after it (i think national parks) has done a nice tidy up of it.

the stickers are very hard to get off so i used 120 wet and dry as dry and it turned out well. to paint i don't know.

Is it possible to get your boat water tight. No matter what I do water gets in slowly. Not via the prop shaft as I watched it over the weekend in the laundry sink. And I have silicone putty...

this boat has been rebuilt since this video as went and played in the ocean and forgot to wash it out... new video next week after going away camping.

Same electronics new everything else and...

Ok I am going to order these. What is the best way to pull off the old propeller blades and glue on the new ones. Or should II just get a new set of original propeller blades.

So has anyone used the prop blades from hobbking that "s2k matt" mentioned as i have smashed my prop blades and need new ones. or is there anywhere just to get these parts.

I got my little boat running... wow....... the 2040SL 4800kv moves... I think I have to turn down my end points to get a little bit more control over the RPM range.

I will put a video up later...

Thanks for the headz up sundogz I will have a look at that ESC. looks easy. Still have to cut the main hole in the top to get at eveythings.
