almost sounds like a small air leak when the engine gets hot. the rotary drum case fit at low rpm may not be giving enough suction to draw the fuel into the base. sounds outrageous but very possible....

i was at 40 to 1 before i got to this point. the engine quits a low rpm may just be a little lean on the bottom and running itself out of fuel. their is no binding or anything have gotten to it...

you got a very easy convert. shave the fly wheel lop off as much metal as possible where ever possible. mount holes on side of case make it real easy to make a motor mount

What would it take to hover a Ryobi?

i hovered and tail slid a stinger 120 just about into the ground just pulled its self up in about 10 ft from ground could never duplicate it again luckily
