Holy Stone 720 Issue with App

Has anyone ran into the following problem with a Holy Stone 720 4K drone? When the App is not connected to drone from my phone and I manually control the drone through transmitter, it works great....

If I check it with bearings and all using a dial run indicator, is there a rule of thumb as far as maximum runout one should expect taking into account bearings? If it's off...

I want to measure the runout on the crankshaft of my Moki 2.1 to see if it's bent. Does anyone know what the max runout specs are? (ie .002 inches etc).

Thanks everyone. I finally got it together and balanced. Before adding weight the plane weighed 18 lbs. I had to add 1 pound up front to balance at 5 7/8 in. Now it's 19 lbs. That's with a Moki 2.1...

Nice plane. My doesn't look anything near that good. I bought it very cheap and had to replace the cowl with didn't turn out to well with the paint I used. I will post a pic later this weekend or...

Thanks for the reply. Yeah it's the flat tail version and the wires are conductive. I really don't know why the darn thing is that tail heavy. Maybe I didn't get the engine far enough...

I have the stock diehdral for the superstar 40. That may be why mine doesn't fly as well as yours. Or it could be all the glue from the numerous trees and ground that kept getting in my way.... ;)

MinnFlyer, I'm trying to use a drill press. I can't get the prop lined up good enough with the bit to make a straight hole. The vice doesn't bolt down, the table wobbles, the bit wobbles sometimes....

I can't bolt the my vice down. Either I need a new vice or drill press. My bit wobbles in the chuck anyway. The press is a POS from Meynards. I've tried clamping it down but can't seem to...
