I think aluminum is a must for the servo horn. It also stiffens up the steering a little bit, I noticed the stock "arm" (if you want to call it that) had a lot of flex in it.

You need to shim the diffs to keep them from clicking. Racernine.com has a very good explanation of how to do it. http://www.racernine.com/outlaw5.html
Another way to fix it is to get a center...

I really don't think a Hellfire body would fit, they are 18" long and the stock body is around 21". I have seen people put MGT size bodies on though, not sure how well they fit.

I just use a metal coat hanger. Cut out the same size piece from there and you are good to go. One hanger will last you forever, and the hanger actually seems stronger than the stock pins.

1 -Check your two-speed and make sure nothing is broken, but if you are thinking about getting a center diff I would recommend getting one. I was skeptical when I got mine, but the handling...

Make sure you loctite the set screw for the pin and make sure the set screw is seated on the pin's flat spot. You also need to make sure you don't overtighten the set screw. After losing one pin, I...
