I think the positive (+) and negative (-) for the futaba charger is reversed to the esky recepticle on the transmitter.

There is an F-20 kit and Tsunami kit available from Junorc.com. Both are a 46 size plane and both have the retract option in the plans. I have built them both and they both fly very well.

The cowl i used fit perfect, but it was for the stand-off's. The side of the cowel is wider than the fuse like the plastic one was.

The Extra 300 40 size is a great little plane, I really like mine alot and have probably hundreds of flights on it. I built it years back and have a saito 80 in mine. I do recomend the fiberglass...

Another thing, you can remove the carb and look to make sure the opening in the spray bar is at 90 degrees to the opening. They can sometimes be rotated a little and not be right on in a tigre.

Another place to get tricks and tweeks is the extreme speed prop plane forum. They are a nice bunch of guys and willing to help with stuff like this also.
