RE: t-28 emits high-pitched squeal/tone?!

With digital servos, the god awefull noise is normal. But horizon is correct that once in the air you will never hear it. If you hear the sound while flying, you best be ducking and running, heheh.

RE: Electric flight training

Why aren't his planes good enough to train on, to advanced? Hey, no need for a high wing to be a trainer. I had a hobbico easy star2 and when I try to fly it now, it really sucks. The parkzone t-28...

RE: Habu Owners

The dx5e and ar500 rx have had nothing but controversy from the start. I have seen in person this combo fail 2 times in the same day. Also many reports ofthe combo locking out or "brown out" where rx...

RE: # Blades on EFlite Delta-V 15?

I believe it's a 5 blade fan, if my habu is actually containing the e-flight edf delta-v15 3200 motor fan combo.(pretty sure it is...) Seems to be pretty durable and pretty good thrust for price. So...

RE: Habu Owners

No pics, but holes are just in front of rx on both sides going into ducting. With wing on you can't see holes in ducting. I used about a 3/8 inch piece of metal heated on gas stove, not to hot or it...

RE: Habu first EDF

The Habu is a good first edf, it is my first one and still going great. Be warned, it isn't a slow flyer or trainer! Your 2s packs would probably be fine at first in series. Being smaller and lighter...

RE: Habu Owners

Is your esc doing the low voltage pulsing sound, or just cutting off motor power? If not pulsing before cutting off it might be overheating and shutting down. I use a 3300mah hyperion pack and stock...

RE: Nitroplanes FanTrainer

Glue in some basswood on the fuse's "ears", to space them properly. If you need to, cut some foam to mount larger pieces of wood for more secure glue joint. Or, build up fan mounting "recess" in fuse...

RE: Venom F86-70 EDF ARF

Used an exacto knife and the glue that squeezed out chips off, then carefully slid knife between housing and fuselage. Grab firmly and work back and forth. Takes a bit more strength than you would...

RE: Venom F86-70 EDF ARF

Yeah Tony, I agree actually. It is a great flying plane, and a low altitude low speed pass with flaps down is a thing of beauty. Rock solid, no rocking, awesome really. My only complaints are...

RE: Venom F86-70 EDF ARF

Heh heh, nice review, with some minor "oversites". Number one is -QC! The valve to the retract system SUCKS! If you get 30 cycles, you are a GOD! O-rings, p-poor mnfng...whatever, they suck and will...

RE: Venom F86-70 EDF ARF

Bro's does the same, just a beep to let you know it's armed, and no low voltage cutoff. Simple answer is to use a timer function on radio, or kitchen egg timer. Set it for around 4-5 minutes, see how...

RE: Avoiding Flutter on Byron F-16

Not familiar with this jet at all, so take that into consideration. Ailerons are usually easy to avoid flutter, STIFF no SLOP linkages are the first step(nothing you didn't already know I'd bet),...

RE: rc foam fighters f-117

Nice looking project I must say, great job on it. What are some specs on it? Like span, length... Also, where can I find the plans for it? Looks like a fun parkflier, not to fast for smaller fields,...
