It sounds like one of the O-rings inside the carb. are not sealing very well. It could also be that the needle and/or seat are damaged. Also could be the regulator diaphragm being stiff & not flexing...

Built mine a year ago & love every minute flying it. Saito 1.80 with flaps, & retracts out 1 bay as Minn had said. Its not a 3-d plane, but sure is a great plane to fly.
