It's about the same as the stock can, maybe a touch louder, but it's significantly quieter than the HPI 'tuned' pipe and the X-cans. The mielke is the only truly quiet pipe unless you heavily silence...

Yes, the recommendation is to use a decent automotive pipe as a coupler and fat automotive jubilee clips. It's just a piece of thin plastic the stock one, and melts after a few hard runs. Simple fix....

It has a built in silencer and is not available without.

It's not quiet, but it's not monstrously loud either. It's only disadvantage is weight.

Side doms are good on the bottom end. Great all round pipe, no doubt about it.

These figures mean absolutely nothing. Try the pipes, you'll see for yourself. The difference on top is noticably favouring the dom, but the mielke is snappier on the bottom and pretty much equal on...

Depends which side pipe. If you crash with a side dom, it will get scratched to hell, but it won't get badly damaged unless it gets hit hard by a rock. The side mielke is very difficult to damage,...
