The student TX really does nothing except send the signal to the teacher TX which transmits it to the RX.

That servo as stated above in this tread are fine on 6 volts as long as it is regulated voltage. The speed and torque shown are at 4.8 volts. Both will be faster/higher at 6 volts, but not hugely...

The 7006 uses the older antennas. The 7106 which will be out soon has higher gain antennas. I'v used a bunch of 7006 in gliders flown to the limits of my eyesight with zero issues.

If you are in the EU, then it supports ALL current Futaba protocols. Only in the EU does it not have FASST. Where you are you will have it as long as you do not purchase it from within the EU.
