The question is: what happens if you put a brass tube in there, along with a ferromagnetic injector needle?

Is it going to overheat the needle just like a gas torch can / would?

I used the solder rod as a heat shield for the needle.
Then sneak up on it from below with the edge of the flame, so I heat the ring and solder rod.

And yes, a snug fit between the needles and fuel ring.

Silver soldered my first fuel ring with a regular cheap propane...

I have run normal steel caged SKF 608 bearings in a homebuilt KJ66.

I limited rpm to 100.000, and even so they lasted only a matter of minutes.

The biggest problem is going to be the bearing...
