It's not that big of a deal what glow plugs you get. I personally would get the OS #8 plug, as it's a good
all-rounder, and will guarantee the engine to start. When you start to tune the engine...

Spin start uses a "Hexagon" head to turn the engine, Sort of like an allan-key.
And a Roto start uses the round head with the pins to turn the engine.
