Yes it does, or at least it did on the ignitions I've installed (if I remember right, it's been like 4 years...). On the ignitions I've installed you got a few separate brackets and the sensor loose...

RE: What engine do i have??

Depends on what you mean by crank seal, the crankshaft is sealed with the sealed bearings at the snout, on the backplate there's just a gasket which you could make from some card stock or gasket...

RE: What engine do i have??

That's a Homelite, if there's a bridge in the exhaust port it's a 25cc, no bridge (and no signs of being ground away) it will be a 30cc

RE: homelite 26cc quits when hot

I had one like that that turned out to be the pulse port to the fuel pump wasn't lined up on the gasket between the carb and spacer, ran just fine for half a tank then just died...

Rare saws at my local saw shop

Went in to order some parts for my riding mower and looked up and saw a McCulloch BP-1 balance piston saw, that thing is huge! It was also in near new looking shape, the large size and weight...

RE: WHAT ENGINE IS THIS??

my guess is 25cc two bolt backplate Poulan/Weedeater, maybe one of their newer 33cc versions but the cylinder looks too small...

RE: fun and simple weedwacker project!

This would be better suited to the conversion board that you've already posted in (it'll probably be moved in the morning if I had to guess...)

Anyway, I know the homelite is bigger and probably...

RE: MOKI 210

I understand on the crank pin, don't want to go to that trouble on a $15 engine that doesn't have the cooling capability for gas anyway... if I decide to go that route, the machine shop we use...

RE: MOKI 210

Also a thought, the only large plane I have in my stash that isn't complete is a Goldberg Edge 540 that I was going to run a 46cc Poulan on but now I'm thinking this guy would be a good alternative,...

RE: MOKI 210

Which prop should I go for on this thing with methanol, with my swap meet scores I've got a fair selection, but only a few different sizes/types in the 16-20" range

RE: MOKI 210

That's what I was thinking, methanol and ignition, I know the cooling would be inadequate with gas (teeny little fins on this guy). Wish I had the money/space for that USL 120 that was at the meet, I...

MOKI 210

Went to a swap meet this weekend and ended up with a MOKI 210 for $15 missing the carb HSN and muffler but otherwise complete. Thinking about converting it to the little 1/4-32 spark plug and EI but...

RE: another conversion thread. just interested

1 and 2)chainsaws are generally ported for more power than a weedeater engine, but most chainsaws are large (30CC+) and most of the small saws have roller main bearings that don't lend themselves to...

RE: Help with exhaust for a 33cc Mitsubishi.

I've thought about one possible cheap and light muffler, if you go to an electrical parts store and look for an aluminum "project box", they come in many different sizes for surprisingly cheap. My...

RE: Tracked FG Monster. About 900mm long!

With only front suspension and the width fixed the suspension is going to bind or push out on the outer rails unless at least one side has freedom to move in and out a little (I imagine it'll move...

RE: Gas tank - two line plumbing plan

No need to clunk the fill/drain as you should always leave at least some fuel in the tank to prevent fuel system issues. I run 3 line systems in my planes (one's more complex as it has a primer on...

If it's a height thing, stick the engine on it's side then the radio equipment on the side opposite the piston to help balance it out, move the pull start bushing to where it needs to be for your new...

What's the problem? It's basically a 46cc chainsaw engine (I have two of these engines out of saws, need to finish the conversion on one for one of my planes), there are parts out there, but being a...
