Yes. At 100%, which is default, the servo rotates about 90 degrees. A the max 150% it goes a bit further, but nowhere near the actual range of the servo's physical limits which is a tad over 180...

At 400' msl, my Saito 100 has plenty of power, not ballistic but strong on a 15x6. At 4500 I think you're wise to consider a 110 or 120.....suggest you try it w/o the smoke at first, to get a feel...

As an alternative to the alum standoffs, you could use some 1/4" ply - spreads the load too.
