servo eyelets

do the servo eyelets go on the tops of the servos against the screw heads or against the airframe on the bottom of the servo?

i think a 14x7 3 bladed prop would be too much for this engine... i used to run a master airscrew 14x7 2-bladed prop on my saito 100 and it was just right, didnt bog the engine but didnt let it wind...

if the roots supercharger doesnt actually compress the air, then how does it put more air into the cylinder? wouldnt the air have to be under pressure to provide boost?
