I think it'll be OK... my 10,5 kg FW190 did pretty well with a 10" pitched prop spinning 5600 RPM on the ground (it gained about 1000 RPM in the air).
Different engine (ASP radial) but comparable...

Personally, I'd use Castrol PowerRS 2Stroke (in some countries Castrol TTS).
I get superb results with it, and it is cheap if you know where to get it.

My FXi46 reaches about that RPM (closer to 12500) on that same prop, but then on gasoline (which normally delivers 20% less power than methanol)... It does 11500 on an 11 x 6, but the plane does not...

For that 46, try to find an ASP 46 piston liner set. They can still be found NOS, I believe JustEngines from England still...
