I have no experience with 90 marine pipes and such, I only have F3D....but pipes have a massive impact on how your 2 stroke runs.
Head volume (compression) is the second thing when you change pipes....

West 50 vs Jett fire 50

I have the Jett now where it does what it can do with the Weston pipe.
It did just over 21k on 20% fuel.
The header was cut to the point where it was unhappy on 12%, then I ran 20% and it sounded...
