I got it figured out Bill. The T6J has a TRNR setting that needs to be changed from INH to ON. Both the student and instructor units are T6J transmitters. Thanks for the response.

Okay... I answered my own question. Starter...

Okay... I answered my own question. Starter would not even get close to turning over a new 65AX so I heated the head with a Monokote Heat Gun. Got it up to what I would guess was 70 centigrade...

Never tried that stuff but it would likely work. Was the covering not shrunk well? Most coverings will shrink and adhere it they are re-heated with a heat gun. I touch up my models every year...
