Same happen with my bt80 brushless, I connect the pump backwards in the connector, invert the lines in the pump and test, I discovered this by trial and error.

Here mine, I use a little 16 oz tank, only for a flat spin and low pass with smoke... :), its removable, I mount in a playwood plate and if I wish to remove only loose the screws, disconnect power...

Yes, the same gap as mine...perhaps some insulation tape works, I think if muffler not touch the cowl no problem, (maybe) :eek:

yes, not too much but a little... also I use a carbon landing of Funtana 90 short version by graph tech, is a little more tall and give more prop clerance.
