RE: Sky Shark Dauntless build

great job so far! I built one several years ago and still have the plane. I added as much detail as I could so it came out heavier than otherwise. Great flyer for an experienced pilot, which is...

RE: Top Flite P-47D Thunderbolt ARF .60-.91: Building & Mods

Just make sure your inner doors stay open. The P-47 doors stayed open after the gear was lowered. The Mustang had the inners closing after extension.

Looks good!

Here's my RC8 RTR. I picked it up used not too long ago. I'm slowly adding all the necessary parts to race it locally. . .

RE: Byron Mustang w/Original Byron 50--Will it Fly?

RE: Byron Mustang w/Original Byron 50--Will it Fly?

Have you tried to order parts from Iron Bay? I was able to order a new set of blades from them recently. No problems. I would email them to ask about the hub too. I hope you get her back together...

RE: Byron Mustang w/Original Byron 50--Will it Fly?

I put the two servos in the wing using the advice that I received from Jack Devine referenced above. It's very simple to do. In fact describing it will make it sound more difficult that it really...

RE: Byron Mustang w/Original Byron 50--Will it Fly?

You might want to give FliteMetal a go if you're after real aluminum finish. . . .

RE: Bates B-26 Marauder

I haven't started building yet so I still have plenty of time to make that decision. I am leaning to the G-38's I guess. Others have had good luck with them.

Great to see your build! I've been resurrecting my build after I found a guy selling the laser cut short kit with the clear plastic parts. Your project looks good so far. Have their been any...

RE: Any Info Out There On A Quadra 75B ???

I'm looking at the Quadra website catalog page and it's telling me the weight is 6.4 lbs. Hope this helps. This engine typically ends up hanging on the front of warbirds as they need the weight. ...

RE: where did iron bay models go??

I just traded emails with John at Iron Bay last night. That was at about 10:45 PM but I had only a question. They aren't a big operation so I agree, give em a chance. I've gotten everything I've...

RE: Byron Mustang w/Original Byron 50--Will it Fly?

RE: Lets See Your Kit Bashed ARF With Scale Detail!

Perhaps adding a "before" picture will help us see the changes you've made better. I'm not being critical just don't know what this bird looked like out of the box.
