Thanks for the advice. Would it be possible to put the kill switch in line with the wire coming from the coil to the C&H e. i.? The one with the bullet connectors?

Thanks guys. I'm going to glue the spacer on a block of wood and cut it with a fine tooth band saw. Looks like the port is a straight shot through it.

In my box of electric plane stuff I found a 640mah 2 cell 7.4v lipo. I can wire it in the bottom easy enough and it fits perfect under the AA battery retainer...

I use a soldering gun to loosen connections. Touch the hot tip gingerly to heat it up then pry on it. Not on a nylon shaft though.

I saw an on line tip that suggested purging the air from the jug by squeezing it til the fuel is to the cap. It keeps moisture in the air gap from being absorbed by the alcohol.
