UPDATE:

I did an outside range check. Still Fluttering...
I changed out all the servos in the plane to all new ones and it has stopped.

This plane is the one I got from a yard sale posted...

I'll give the outside range check tomorrow and see. The battery I just looked at it and it's at 4.9 ...it's also a new pack.

Anyone had this problem before?
I've change this servo out four times and still get this jittering flutter.
What causes this? I've never came across it before.
Could it be because the servos...

You say it happed at take off.
Looks like typical out of balance to far aft. ... added to not enough run or power on lift off... stalled out, left wing drops...over it gos and ... CRASH.

Yeah I've been reading about that very subject. Guess I get to learn how to take apart and clean a 4-stroke.
Wish me luck, I've been reading the post's on engine cleaning. Maybe it'll go easier...

Thanks for the info on the cannister muffler and the elbow.
Heres a couple other pics of it.
Guess I should clean the engine, but not knowing a whole lot about 4-strokes...

Yeah I've not before either, I could see it from the road as I drove by, so I turned around. Thats all there was in R/C just that plane and engine. I could see the engine had some rust on the bolts...

Sure you could take it to the field.
I've just got it mounted to a 3' piece of shelving wood, and three piece's of 2x4. If you don't have a AirCore power cartage.

I made this engine test stand out of an old Aircore power cartage.
Also good for training new-pilots on engine set up.
Works great.

It is the "40" size, with the Enya engine in it.
I'm just waiting for the weather now. Can't wait to try her out.

This kind of depends on just what it is you want to do with it. Do you wish to learn to fly R/C aircraft? or do you want to use a joy stick type of controller and fly as if your in a real plane.

Or if the plane (Rx.) comes on another channel can I get the frequency's chip for my Rx....

For a very light weight and strong filler try using Elmer's glue and Baby Powder mixed together till it feels like auto body filler.

Just keep adding the baby powder till you get the thickness...
