I doubt it is an exhaust leak as you do not need to run a pressure line form your gas tank to your exhaust at all. Ive been doing that for year, so did adam drake. Just need to run it a little richer...

Did you check the needles and how many turns you have in them. Try and put the needles back to the original setting and see how that goes for ya. Also make sure your glow plug heater is fully charged...

I dont know if I would use cheap bearing, as you normally get what you pay for. And if your going to clean them DO NOT use wd-40 as wd-40 attracts water and will ,ake them rust out and will make them...

Actually you can just pull the fuel line, this will help in taking all the excess fual in the motor and using it up. Take the glow plug out and turn the motor over like your gonna start it, obviously...

Maybe when the debree got into the engine it destroyed the chrome in the sleeve and took it off the exhaust port. I've had this happen to me but witha nickel coating though, not a chrome innersleve....

Honestly until it starts to affect the performance of the engine, i.e hard to tune or inconsistance tuning, or a lean contion no mater how rich your needle setting are then I really wouldnt worry...
