THe real problem here lies in these people flooding the market with small junk !! How about these guys coming up with a market for bigger planes so the cost of those will go down! Bigger is better...

um  ok,  that isnt a good reason, becuawse of servos, i dont use top of the line servos even in my 35 % whcih cost me close to $3000 and  i have no problems,  STANDARD SERVOS ARE FOR TRAINERS !! if...

NO offense to all upenny pinchers out there, but if u can afford to spend over 400 for this junker then why  woudnt u go to a 50 cc engine which is cheaper (dl 55)  and a bigger plane which flies...

saving a few ounces on landing gear isnt gonna help either way on this plane its very forgiving !!

looks great leave the landing gear and use a 22/8 prop and youll be fine no need for the other landing gear.

well my landings arent the greatest but my 22x8 works fine, u can go to a smaller prop but the engine will spin to fast. U dont have to floor it if u can withhold on the throttle then youll be fine....

yo maxx, the brison 2.3 is a nice shiney engine with NO BALLS !!! those engines are better suited for warbirds and scale type. u want 3 d, stick to the more exotic, zdz, da dl, 3w the brison...

why did u buy the thor ??? u could have gotten a motor that produces 10 more poudns of thrust for the same money and LESS WEIGHT !! DL 50 ........ why why why !?????

my 22/8 works great 2 or 3 inces of gorund clearance, perhaps work on the landings and a 22/8 will work just fine. ;)

I have the exact same setup as what u will be in your yak, a dl 50 and i use a 22/8 prop and i have two servos pull pull, the CG is so forgiving u can go pull pull or one rudder servo in back and...

yeah but a moki, doesnt throw near the prop a da or dl50 can and has no where near the bottom end torque for hovering. i mean if u just want to fly the plane around u can pretty much put anything...

dont waste your money on any motor except a da 50 dl 50 or zdz 50 or 3w, that senoah motor will fly the plane but if u want good verticle i woudlnt count on it. and for 3d yould be pissing in...

well guys, thank u for all your input, i took the two rudder servos out and put them in the middle and put one 4 .8 battery pack up front at the cowl and the other two 6 volt stacked right...

aww crap i already put them in now ill have two holds in the body. :) , i might me making a pile of crap out of a fart but the plane balances about 6.5 inches behind the leading edge, instedad...

i dont im scared to add weight, it feels liek it nees an engine that weighs like 2 poudns more , i thought a da 50 would be a nice match but GP says to use a fuji 43 or a 160 2 stroke glow, and...

ok i got a question here, i just bought a great planes yak 54 and i put a da 50 on it and for some reason it balances way TAIL heavy, can anyone tell me what im suppost to do or if anyone has...
