CAN YOU STILL CHARGE THEM IF BELOW 1.0 VOLTS ?

WHAT CAN YOU USE TO KEEP THEM FROM GOING BELOW 1.0 VOLTS ?

IF NOTHING, WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR LIPO'S AND A-123'S ?
