Hello, the bottom of the mold is done, one layer of .75oz four layers of 1.5oz, need to belt sand all the edges back to the parting dam and pop the dam off then get the top ready for molding.

Hello Scott, yes I am using a 3" trim roller with cut down 1/3'rd sections of a full size roller, it work very good, thank you any way for tips, help, and comments.

That looks very good, it looks to me like you are making the canopy as the one that will be used on the deck and not making a mold, keep up the good craftsmanship work and the posts and pictures...

Hello c-cat, Oh no that parting dam was not that easy to make, it is ½ inch wide and 1/8 inch thick, but then I do not want any problems after molding it, I did not intend on doing any vacuum...
