I finished the TA05R kit a couple of nights ago. Really did go together nicely and was a pleasure to build. The diffs are so smooth and the driveline seems very efficient. Shocks are like buttah! ...

Yeah, I noticed;)

As they break, I think I'll replace them with the 5mm ball links that thread on to a steel grub screw. Those are a lot stronger and only a little heavier.

I like to use a circle cutter like Olfa. Score the arc you want to cut, then tear it off. Gives a perfect arc every time!
