RE: WARNING-X9303 CHAFED AILERON GIMBAL WIRING

I tried also with the same results. The screw is too long and also the head of the screw is black where his looks to be chrome or silver. I do like his better than the JR remedy.

RE: WARNING-X9303 CHAFED AILERON GIMBAL WIRING

I took an emory board and very carefully filed the sharp edges off the black chip and then cut a narrow strip of electrical tape and wraped it around the gimbal wires. Jr will probably void my...

RE: WARNING-X9303 CHAFED AILERON GIMBAL WIRING

I checked a friends older 9303 (72mhz) and it does not have the black chip (some have called it a regulator) on the back cover circuit board like the 2.4 so apparently the 2.4 9303 is the one that is...

Receiver battery next to DA Ignition?

Of course the golden rule of seperation has been ten to twelve inches of seperation between any ignition source and radio components, but has anyone had a Lithium Ion battery mounted next to a DA...

RE: Two Switches One Battery = I am a believer

Ditto!
Seen good switches and good batteries go bad. Dual batteries and dual JR heavy duty switches for my 50cc and larger planes. An extra battery and switch is good Insurance for the unexpected.

RE: 3w75i won't start after trying everything...service???

I would recommend Aircraft International over Cactus. Not to start a war over which has better customer service, but I've had better service from AI.

RE: FS One Throttle won't work!

Calibrated it several times with no luck. I just ordered a new one (they're only 29.95). Then the crazy controller started working.
Go figure!

FS One Throttle won't work!

I just bought a used FS one unit with the Tacon radio and after downloading the upgrades to 1.0.9 the prop on the plane just barely turns at full throttle until I use the shift key on the keyboard....

RE: I've tried it all on my DA50

Bob,
I talked to a good friend that I buy all my plane accesories from and he gave some things to look for that may be causing your problem.
1. Check your brass vent line inside your tank to...

RE: I've tried it all on my DA50

My thoughts: If the clunk is hitting or rubbing the back of the tank, could this possibly get stuck in the lower to mid section of the back of the tank and when inverted the clunk starts sucking some...

RE: I've tried it all on my DA50

Yea I've read about this issue in the past. I've had 5 DA 50's and they all ran great at any and all attitudes. I don't know what may be causing the Inverted transition other than maybe a stuck clunk...

Pat, I think the guy was looking for help on his DA 50 problem, not about other brands that maybe you prefer.

I better stick to watching, some of my tricks are performed not knowing what I did to make it happen. Maybe that's why they call it tricks!

RE: Sukhoi 50 cc graphics

Ken,
That's pretty much how I land this one. The Sukhoi doesn't float like the Edge which is not a problem at all. The tail dragging just happens when throttle is cut and close to or at ground...

RE: Sukhoi 50 cc graphics

I am a bit hesitant on removing anymore weight from the nose. Although the plane wants to drop its nose a bit on a 45 deg. upline, it makes me wonder why it wants to drag its tail on landing.
