The temps should be within 20 degrees of each other at a given RPM. If you have that much variation some cylinders are not firing. -Tom

That is a good question. With my experience I doubt it. The F plugs do work fine in the bigger engines. The 302 plugs are $14.65 each.

Using a runout gauge the 10 mm shaft is out 0-15" or 7.5 thousands as well as the periphery of the prop driver. The prop face is 0-20" or 10 thousands up and down. Not much but too much obviously....
