My L-39 was flown off grass by the previous owner...

My L-39 was flown off grass by the previous owner and he never mentioned anything about brake issues.

Please let me know here or in the other thread how it works out.

If it settles on the nose strut, it means you are flying to fast and not flaring. Don't worry about making a slower approach. The Tutor will handle it.

I am at 230 mm now with 1/3 of total fuel (CG goes forward with increasing fuel load). A lot better now, but still a bit nose heavy for my liking. Will try 10mm more the next time i i fly it.

yes, it is a bit of a floater, but let it slow down and it will land when ready with nose high attitude.

I use 45 deg flap and about 5 mm ail up with full flap

I have flown the C-Arf Hawk as well.
Flies great too, but feels different.
The SM hawk flies more scale IMO and feels more massive in the air which is excactly what i like.
The C-ARF Hawk flies...

Fitted the missiles and rails. Great for orientation and could not notice any difference in flying.
Next time, i will try with the drop tanks as well.

This is one great flying airplane :)
