I have not had any trouble with old fuel either. I was about to throw away some Byron fuel from the 80's and a friend said why don't you try it. I did and it ran great. I burned 2.5 gallons of it...

Mine is at post # 92 and as stated there, I fly it with an OS .40 FP at 5.6 pounds. I have a 10x6 prop on it. My engine is not very strong, but it gets the Senior up just fine.
