Well after a few setbacks in the rebuild and a vacation i got back to building and i'm almost to the point where no more glue is needed and the finishing touches are ready to be put in place....

As I said here are some pictures of the build sort of shaping up. I did not take pictures before I put the wing bolt mounting plate back into the aft saddle or put the servo tray and attached formers...

mrsand, the aileron servos were connected to the receiver via a y-harness after I had zeroed all the sub trim out manually by the clevis.. never had a problem with them functionally. just a very dumb...

Thanks your input helps a lot, but i'm not sure what you mean by sand away the "flashing"... is that just like a small notch of wood not thats not perfectly aligned thats out over...
