Yes remove IDLER PULLEY, I had same problem, then i sprayed my belt with silicon, all ok now.

I use the FMS and have downloded photo-realistic scenary and helis/planes FREE from http://www.rc-sim.de/index_en.htm

I had a similar problem with my belt, I removed the IDLER PULELY and applied some silicon spray and so far no problems.

Hover pitch -2/+5/+9.......Throttle 0/45/65/85/100 (will use 0/45/70/80/100)

Idle1 pitch -5/+5/+9........Throttle 100/90/85/90/100

Will set gyro to 75% instead of 70%

At the moment I only do hovering. My throttle curve as in manuel 0-45-65-85-100, should I speed it up 0-45-70-85-100. When the ESC was in STANDARD mode I never notice turn to left when the throttle...

The Futaba 401 gyro/ 9650 servo is set at 70% on Spektrum DX7.

I removed the idler pulley and use some silicon spray on the belt and have not had anymore belt problems on my Trex450seV2.

Its during a hover, when I increase the power fast, the throttle curve in normal is 0-45-65-85-100 would it be better at 0-45-70-85-100 I never had this when the ESC was set in STANDARD mode. More...
