Just finished mine and it come’s out at 13.5 lb’s . That’s with the uat full and 20 percent fuel in the main tank.

I recon you could shave more than 450g off the total weight if you moved the uat to the front of the fuel tank apposed to in front of the turbine
meaning you could use smaller battery’s up...

I originally had a single wall tube in my avanti but found the rear fuzz was getting too hot so
i changed it to a double wall and that solved the problem

Yes that's how the hinges fit as per manual,
I had the same problem with the flap travel so I took the original one out and used hyspo and glued a new glass horn in approx 12 mm set at 45...

use 0.5 glass sheet just to get a better finish.

the 2.5 will look great in that scheme! Craig tomahawk doesn't do the winglets for the 2.5 only for the 1.9 so before painting the wings I had some machined bushes made and installed them so...

The measurements you require are as follows!

Nose leg length. 145 mm

Nose wheel. 70 mm

Retract body width. 60 mm

Main leg length. 155 mm

The one Ali used was the stock one that came with the kit i think!

Are you using the tomahawk retracts? If so I fitted a 10mm spacer on my nose leg to raise the nose up which made a
Big difference on the take of run also!

Has Scott said if you cog it at 25mm behind the tube you will definetly need to fit the battery's in the turbine area.

Regarding the take off run what is your COG set at? I found that taking it back the take off is much quicker,
Mine is about 25 mm behind the wing tube now.

As the picture shows the installation of the TP is straight forward , you need to make 4 standoffs 118 mm long, a forward gear box mount
And on the inside of the fuzz you need to install 2...
