dude, you need to go back to factory settings and run for half tank...it will bog if running too rich...start with leaning the hi speed needle a 1/4 turn and see if this helps....low speed can be...

yea, I think they set the tranny shift point like that so it doesn't shift til you get it broken in a little.

I think it may be a tuning problem..mine used to rev at the end of high speed runs, even though I had let up on the throttle ...I adjusted the idle down a tad and richened it up and it worked better

the savage .25 tank has the same prob...i believe it is a flaw in the pressurization of the tank,i eventually had to do the dual tank mod, and now all is well!

i don't think you need to run a tank at idle unless its not broke in yet...just run your needle settings a bit richer and check your temps often.

well, now my ofna tank is self leaning, and i have tried every needle adj. possible...guess I will go for dual tank mod now...does this have a special pickup or something, that eliminates this...

well, I got the side mounted one...that page shows the rear mounted tank, but if you do a search, u can find the side mounted one on that site.

so, should I use grease or diff lube on the 43t gear...doesn,t matter to me, as long as it works...I'm gonna start with 3000 in rear and 1000 in front, since I play on mostly asphalt and grass.

so I can use just all purpose bearing grease for the 43t gear outside the diff unit, and 1000 wt. diff lube inside? is this ok?
